How the process works:
- I take care of the entire marketing process, at my expense, to bring you a steady stream of motivated property seller leads.
- I screen the leads and weed out all the time-wasters.
- The premium leads that make it through my screening process get emailed to you for you to call the property seller and negotiate your own deal.
- When you close on a property that I send to you, you simply send a check for my marketing fee, which is a flat amount negotiated at the start of our partnership.
Why work with a wholesaler?
Any business expert will tell you that you need to outsource your low-yield tasks so that you can focus on those activities that directly generate profit for you or your business. With that in mind, as a real estate investor you absolutely must focus on what’s most important – talking to motivated property sellers and closing deals. Why work with me instead of another wholesaler?
You might not ever know it, but most wholesalers have been in the business for less than six months. It’s a tough business with a high turnover/burnout rate. I’ve been in the business much longer than six months.
Most other wholesalers dig up mediocre deals, and then post them all over the internet. By the time YOU hear about a deal from them, the price has been bid up by all the other would-be buyers. Plus, they go and tie up the property with a lame purchase contract and then simply try to flip that contract to you. This can really put you in a bad position – you should see some of the contract templates they use!
With my service, however, you are the only person that I give your deals to. This gives you the best deals, and you can negotiate them and contract them in any way you see fit.
